About this Learning Experience

Timeline: Approximately 40 hours, including 10 weeks of structured content and an application activity to be scheduled in consultation and agreement with fellow institute participants.

Format: This online institute includes asynchronous (does not take place in real-time), self-paced learning experiences available 24/7 as well as several synchronous meetings (generally held 1:00-3:00pm Eastern Standard Time) at intervals throughout the 10 week institute. You will engage with pre and post self-knowledge checks, videos, discussion forums, synchronous meetings with fellow participants, and coaching sessions with Institute team-leaders.

Certificate: You will earn a digital badge upon completion of the online content and a certificate of participation upon completion of the final application activity.
