“As someone responsible for developing certification programs aligned with federal standards, I found the SCID Virtual Institute invaluable. The SCID process provides a rigorous method for translating real occupational tasks into training and assessment resources. Before attending, I had gaps in my understanding of how to break job tasks into measurable learning objectives and relevant training artifacts. The SCID course gave me a clear roadmap for addressing those gaps and significantly elevated my ability to develop defensible, standards-aligned programs.”
