About this Learning Experience

Our DACUM International Training Center is the premiere provider of DACUM facilitator training in the world. We train more DACUM facilitators than anyone else, both domestically and internationally.

Audience: Workforce development professionals, including course designers, training coordinators, trainers, curriculum developers, educators, and human resource specialists

Timeline: Five days, approximately 40 hours

Format: In-person, The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio

Certificate: Digital badge and certificate earned upon completion of the institute and participation in final application activity

Institute Features

• Instruction on the elements of the DACUM process, including the uses of DACUM, recruiting panel members, developing effective facilitation skills, and how to develop quality duty and task statements using panelist input
• Engaging online and in-person activities in collaboration with fellow participants
• Interactive practice analyzing a job while receiving mentoring and feedback from highly-experienced facilitators
• The opportunity to conduct an actual DACUM workshop with a panel of subject matter experts and fellow institute participants
